About Us
At Peregrine Private Capital Corporation, we help you invest in the future. Through shared decision-making, we work with you to simplify the securities and investment process and show you how to manage your funds through sound financial practices. Peregrine Private Capital Corporation has the experience and drive to meet nearly any investment need.
We can also guide you through the real estate investment tax deferment process and show you how to manage your portfolio through intelligent property exchange strategies. 1031 Exchanges into Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties allow property managers to sell their time-intensive, managed properties and acquire less onerous investment properties that may provide a comparable revenue stream for the owner. At Peregrine Private Capital Corporation, we can show you how to decrease labor costs, diversify investments, and potentially increase your after-tax cash flow.
Peregrine Private Capital Corporation is based in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area, which sits at the hub of one of the most active real estate markets in North America. We take our responsibilities seriously when it comes to guiding your money management decisions, and we pride ourselves on upholding the highest ethical standards in the industry. Besides Oregon, we are also licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
